When you book a campervan, Celtic Campervans will collect your personal, payment and booking details.

When you fill out a ‘contact us’ form online, we will keep a record of your name, email address and query.

When you fill out a form to join our newsletter, we will keep a record of your email address.

When you have correspondence with us that you initiate through our booking form or contact us form, we will take this as an indication that you are interested in what we are about, and we will add your contact details to our newsletter list. We will notify you when we do this and you are always given the option to unsubscribe if these newsletters are not to your taste.

Who has access to the information?

The staff at Celtic Campervans have access to the information provided by you through our booking or contact forms. Mailchimp is a third party website who provide us with our email marketing system and here your Name, Location (ie. country) and email address is stored. Our online bookings are processed by Global Payments an American company who provide payment systems for ecommerce websites and handle all credit/debit card transactions. Celtic Campervans do not have access to or store your credit/debit card details.

We will not otherwise disclose, sell or distribute your information to any third party without your permission unless we are required to do so by law.


This site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect any personal and booking information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, we assume no liability for any disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control. We will use your personal data only for the purposes outlined above and they will not be disclosed with any 3rd parties.
